What are the store opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week at the Moore Park Supa Centre:

  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm Note: Please check the Supa Centre website for Public Holiday trading hours.

Are all Koala products on display?

We have a huge range of our most popular products on display, but we can't fit everything in-store! You can check exactly what is available in our above On display now section. We also have fabric samples available for you to take home for every product in our range.

Can I make a purchase in-store?

Yes! Our team can help you finalise your order on the spot. Please note that we are a card-only store and do not accept cash.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Save the heavy lifting for our delivery team! We do not have a warehouse on-site for large item collection. All furniture orders are delivered directly to your door (often with our famous fast delivery!).

Can I take anything home with me today?

You can purchase Pillows in-store to take home immediately. All other furniture and homeware items will be shipped to you.
