    Yes, each Snuggletime Cushion comes packed with a cushion insert.

    How do I wash the Snuggletime Cushion?

    The cushion cover can be removed and washed in your machine on a cold gentle cycle, then hung to dry in the shade. We suggest washing it inside out, and using a laundry bag to help prevent any damage to the embroidery or zipper. We do not recommend washing the cushion insert.

    Are the colours online true to life?

    Our design and quality assurance team constantly strive to match the colours you see online to the material colours delivered to your door. Due to individual screen settings, the colour may be slightly different in real life but if it doesn’t suit your liking, we offer a 120-night guarantee where you can send it back free of charge.

    Are your cushions suitable for outdoors?

    The Snuggletime Cushions are designed for indoor use only.

    What ages is the Snuggletime Cushion suitable for?

    We recommend the Snuggletime Cushion for ages 3 and up.

    How do I dispose of the packaging?

    Thoughtfully disposing of packaging is not only better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products. For Paper and Cardboard, flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your curbside recycling bin. Please remove the tape from the cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling bin.
