How to care for your new Paddington Bed Base

Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Dust timber

Cleaning

  • Remove all liquid and food spills immediately
  • Spot clean only with a clean damp cloth and mild detergent
  • Do not wet filling
  • Do not use bleach
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat and sunlight
  • Direct sunlight may cause fabric to fade over time

Caution: This product should be checked periodically to ensure all components are secure and all gumnuts remain tight.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      the best bed ever

      I love my new bed, it's the most sturdy and luxe bed I've ever owned. The wood is super dense and the structure is so solid. Took me 18 minutes to put together on my own as a single female (timed it!).

      Slightly hard to build, but it is pretty and supports the koala mattress. Nice colour is nice and fits nicely

      Arrived as planned & couldn’t fault the process.

      I put the bed together myself with easy to follow instruction sheet & the bed parts fell into place easily.

      Wood colour goes well with the headboard, very smart.

      Streamlined and classy

      I opted for the cliff dive bed head fabric and it's a lovely look and texture. I also love the padded rim around the edge. The slowest part of the process was getting it out of the boxes and breaking them down - the bed itself is super quick to put together. It feels sturdy, looks great, highly recommend!

    The Paddington Bed Base is tested to highest standards. We do not specify a weight limit to the bed base, though it has been tested to point load of 240kgs as per standard.
    This does not mean the bed base can not take more weight than specified.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully, not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products. We listed some recycling tips below so you can rest easy with a clear conscience:
    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.
