We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF I COULD!

      Koala is hands down the best company I have dealt with. The quality of their products is always perfection. I can’t fault them. Everything snaps together so effortlessly and is so well packaged. All packaging for the bed we just purchased was all sustainably packaged which was great. We have several of the koala products now from bed bases, side tables, couches and most importantly their AMAZING mattresses. I will never lay on another mattress again. Until you have owned and slept on their mattresses you will never know just how great they are. I really can’t fault this company and it is my go too when I need something that is durable, good quality and gets to me almost over night. I love you Koala 🐨

      Minimalist yet sleek design 🫶

      We loved our bed! Too bad we didn’t get a Koala plushie? Anyhow! What we like about it is the minimalist yet stylish design of the product. Plus no more back sores for me, adjusting to medium to firm and firm is a bonus! It was also very easy to assemble just with the instruction leaflet. I loved the packaging and how it was delicately placed inside the boxes! it was like unboxing a gift! Thank you, Koala! Certainly not my last buy from them!

      Very satisfied!

      Ordered this at 8pm and it was delivered by 5pm the next day.

      The frame was a joy to assemble; parts fitting together to the millimetre, no allen keys, nothing missing, parts nearly organised.

      It's exactly what I wanted. Simple, quality, reasonably priced and sustainable furniture that is designed to last.

    What is the weight limit of the Balmain Bed base?

    Although we don’t provide a specific weight limit on our beds because everyone uses them differently, we’ve put this bed through its paces with rigorous testing of key components up to 240kg static weight. This does not mean the bed can not take more weight.

    How do I clean the Balmain Bed Base?

    Regular Care (Weekly)

    • Vacuum regularly using low suction
    • Protect from direct sunlight
    • Dust timber components

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.

    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    Soft plastic packaging - While these are recyclable, In Australia, soft plastic packaging can’t be recycled through most kerbside recycling services. You can recycle soft plastics through the REDcycle bins found at Coles and some Woolworths stores.

    Woven Polypropylene material / bags and Bubble wrap (large sheets cut into A3 size pieces) - The REDcycle program makes it easy for you to recycle your soft plastics - simply gather together all your scrunchables and drop them into a collection bin at participating supermarkets.
