Regular care (weekly)

Cleaning

  • Remove any liquid and food spills immediately.
  • Spot clean only with a clean damp cloth and mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Direct sunlight may cause fabric to fade over time.

Caution This product should be checked periodically to ensure all components are secure.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Really cool bed

      Had heard about Koala a few times and we were in need of a bed for our new house. Jumped online, ordered, had to make a few adjustments to the delivery times thanks to builders. Koala was super accommodating and helpful. Bed was so easy to out together; we didn’t it in under 30 minutes.

      Love it!

      We absolutely love our new bed frame - looks good, good quality, relatively easy assembly. Koala have been extremely easy to deal with on the logistics and after-care side as well. Would order from them again in a heartbeat!

      Amazing quality, simple to assemble, best bed base I have ever had

      I love the bed base. It is sturdy. Really well made. And I loved the wooden slat groups that slot into the base fittings. The material finish was clean and well fixed. Very happy with this base!

    What is the weight limit for the Bed?

    The bed base is tested to highest standards. We do not specify weight limit to the bed but it has been tested to point load of 240kgs as per standard. This does not mean the bed can not take more weight than specified.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully, not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process. If you’re ever unsure, pay a visit to recyclingnearyou.com.au or contact your local council, or take a peek at our blog for some great ideas on how to reuse and recycle the packaging.
