How to care for your Koala Plus Mattress

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent mix.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      I'm amazed by how far

      I'm amazed by how far technology has come! The mattress arrived rolled up in a box, and within minutes of unpacking, it fully expanded and held its shape. Unboxing it was an exciting experience on its own. The smell was minimal and completely disappeared within a few days. So far, no issues -- it's definitely a big upgrade from our 10-year-old mattress.

      Great mattress and aftercare.

      This guy s my second koala mattress and I’ve been very happy with the quality. The customer service and aftercare has also always been excellent and that is why I keep coming back.

      I put the mattress together myself easily.

      The unpacking process took no time and the instructions concise.

      The material used very good and although some people have highlighted a new smell I didn’t notice anything that lingered.

      The mattress and bed go so well together and I’m sleeping well. Thanks KOALA you’ve done well.

      Comfy mattress and great customer service

      Super comfy mattress and great customer service. We exchanged our queen size for a king size and Koala were so helpful in organising the new delivery, plus collection of the queen one. Great nights sleep, would recommend!

    How do I change the seasonal topper?

    To change from the winter side to the summer side, unzip and flip the topper. Align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper.

    How do I change the firmness?

    To change the firmness, unzip the seasonal topper, and flip the comfort layer over to your preference. Check that the firmness label has your preferred comfort level facing upwards. Replace the seasonal topper, align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper on the topper.

    Can I wash the seasonal topper? Can I dry clean the seasonal topper?

    To help keep your seasonal topper looking its best, we recommend you follow the care instructions, and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Unfortunately washing or dry cleaning the topper will damage the Kloudcell® foam, and may void your warranty.
