The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      The best upgrade

      My partner and I went from an extra padded mattress to the koala one and this is softer, more supportive and fits sheets perfectly without feeling like a downgrade from the thicker mattress we used to have! Koala has found a new forever customer in us

      It is impressive mattresses

      The most important feature of this product is you could change the firmness of the top layer. It gives me opportunity to try different feeling to choose my best without changing the whole mattress.

      With the layers, it is much more comfortable than other normal latex mattress and also super comfy and cool in summer.

      The perfect balance of soft and firm!

      This is firm but with a soft topping making me have the perfect sleep and relieving my sore back, whilst still giving that cloud like feeling.

    How do I change the seasonal topper?

    To change from the winter side to the summer side, unzip and flip the topper. Align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper.

    How do I change the firmness?

    To change the firmness, unzip the seasonal topper, and flip the comfort layer over to your preference. Check that the firmness label has your preferred comfort level facing upwards. Replace the seasonal topper, align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper on the topper.

    Can I wash the seasonal topper? Can I dry clean the seasonal topper?

    To help keep your seasonal topper looking its best, we recommend you follow the care instructions, and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Unfortunately washing or dry cleaning the topper will damage the Kloudcell® foam, and may void your warranty.
