The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

    Can I buy the seasonal topper on its own?

    The seasonal topper is an exclusive part of the Polar+ system. It's engineered to work perfectly with the internal cooling layers and is not sold separately.

    How do I switch the topper for the season?

    Simply unzip the topper, flip it to your preferred side (CoolThread™ or organic cotton), and zip it back up. Easy custom comfort for any season.

    How do I adjust the firmness feel?

    Unzip the topper, flip the double-sided Kloudcell® comfort layer to choose between medium or medium-firm, and zip it back up. Customise your support at home.

    Which firmness should I try first?

    We recommend starting with the medium side. If you need more support after a few nights, simply flip the comfort layer for a firmer feel. Easy to adjust!

    What makes the CoolThread™ fabric cool?

    It’s a special cooling yarn designed to feel instantly crisp and cool against your skin, while actively wicking away moisture to help you stay dry all night.

    How do I care for the seasonal topper?

    You can wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Please note that washing or dry cleaning will damage the Kloudcell® foam and may void your warranty.

    Do I need to use a mattress protector?

    We recommend you use a mattress protector to keep your Koala Polar+ looking its best. As the CoolThread™ fabric will have the maximum cooling effect when it's closer to your skin, we suggest you try a lightweight protector like the Great Barrier Mattress Protector.
