How does the Koala Trade Program work?

Sign up via the form and our team will onboard you into our Trade Program. Once approved, you will receive your Welcome Email which will include instructions on how to shop.

When you sign into your account on au.koala.com, your trade prices will automatically show up on the product pages and you’ll be able to shop autonomously - no discount codes needed!

If you’re needing invoicing, please reach out via the contact us button on your Welcome Email or the Contact Us form on the Trade Page and the team will take you through the process.

Once approved for our Trade Program you will see your trade prices online and they will automatically apply at the checkout - no discount codes needed, shop as normal!
