We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      The Koala Plus Single King Size Mattress

      The Koala Plus Mattress Product purchase was a fantastic decision that our family has made this year for my family. The quality of the mattress, the dimensions, and the details matched the product descriptions, and there was a massive discount for great value through the Koala promotion, so we decided to take this wonderful opportunity to invest in this product.       I absolutely love my Koala mattress! It’s so comfortable and supportive, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how well I sleep. It has just the right amount of firmness without feeling too hard, and it’s really comfortable to lie on. I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend Koala to anyone looking for a great mattress

      I returned the mattress but still not received the refund. I have reached out many times but it wasn’t clear why I still haven’t got a refund. It’s still return in progress when it was returned more than a month ago.

      Good mattress - just wish it had handles.

      I am pleased with the mattress so far after having it for a few weeks. Only downsides are: no handles on the sides. My previous mattress had grab handles to help lift to to change sheets - i just assumed this was standard so i was disappointed so see that it doesn’t have them, just a bit more awkward to change the sheet and rotate it as directed over the first few months. The stuffed toy koala in the box I also thought was a downside - not something I (or the majority j would say) want to keep and will probably just end up in landfill. For a B Corp company I don’t love that.

    How do I change the seasonal topper?

    To change from the winter side to the summer side, unzip and flip the topper. Align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper.

    How do I change the firmness?

    To change the firmness, unzip the seasonal topper, and flip the comfort layer over to your preference. Check that the firmness label has your preferred comfort level facing upwards. Replace the seasonal topper, align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper on the topper.

    Can I wash the seasonal topper? Can I dry clean the seasonal topper?

    To help keep your seasonal topper looking its best, we recommend you follow the care instructions, and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Unfortunately washing or dry cleaning the topper will damage the Kloudcell® foam, and may void your warranty.
