How to care for your new Koala Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use.
  • Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

Derived from sustainable wood sources, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres are naturally soft to the touch and offer long-lasting comfort. Carbon-zero TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are certified as carbon neutral products by a third party partner. These fibers help mitigate climate impact and protect the environment.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Minimalist Design

      Love the overall design! Minimalist yet stylish. It was like unboxing a Christmas present with lovely packaging and delicate handling of the bed frame and mattress! No more back sores for me with the quality of the bed and mattress. Too bad we didn’t get a Koala plushie I hope we do have one next time on our next buy with Koala.

      Just buy it you wont be sorry.

      Our Koala mattress is fantastic. I was worried buying it online but Koala is a top tier company and they put their customers first. The mattress is excellent quality and I have never slept so well.

    Can I get both Flippable Firmness and Partner Preference?

    Every Koala Mattress uses Kloudcell® technology in the comfort layer, but the Koala Mattress and Koala Plus Mattress models also feature Flippable Firmness, so you can choose between medium-firm and firm Kloudcell® at home. Couples with different firmness preferences can add a Partner Preference comfort layer to their Koala mattress, featuring half medium-firm and half firm Kloudcell®. For the plushest comfort, the Koala Luxe Mattress features 3cm of Kloudcell® quilting, and has 50% more Kloudcell® than the Koala SE Mattress.
