How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Best Decision to buy this mattress.

      Really recommend. We bought the Koala Mattress, but found it too firm for us. The luxe really is like sleeping on a cloud. Lots of give but still feel supported. Would recommend if your preference leans towards soft, rather than medium/firm.

      As the title states, every time I lay on this every night it’s honestly like lying on a cloud. So comfortable and feels luxurious. Have slept amazing on this mattress.

      Better than fancy hotels

      This mattress is more comfortable than all the expensive hotel mattresses I’ve slept on (ones that boast their boutique, luxe mattresses).

      I was hoping for the perfect blend of plush with support…and that’s exactly what this is.

      I’m a side sleeper and now I don’t wake up with sore shoulders or hips in the morning.

      So glad this mattress lived up to the hype.
