CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Cleaning

  • See inside covers for additional cleaning instructions.

Frame & Arms

  • Spot clean as required
  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently clean any stains.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

NOTE - Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the ottoman.
If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

  • Do not scrub with a sti brush.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault.
  • Fiber pills can be carefully removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available from most haberdashery stores.

2. Returns are easy. In major metro areas we'll even pick up big items like mattresses, bed bases and sofas for free.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

      Comfortable and beautiful fabric but very large

      I bought the ottoman to go with our Suffolk 3.5 seater couch and I really wanted to love it but find it to be over scaled for the couch - it looks very elegant in the photos online but it actually sits higher than the seat cushions, which looks a bit odd and just feels too big. It is very comfortable to sit on and the fabric is beautiful - if buying just be aware of its size.

      Very tall

      Although I bought the ottoman knowing it was very large, it is slightly too big to suit the 2.5 seater. It is also very tall for some reason. The cushion is raised higher than the couch itself. Otherwise, it is very comfy has been getting lots of use.

      Not as nice as the pictures

      We like our Suffolk lounge and got this to go with it. We thought it would look more "airy" or slim atop the tubular legs, however the top of it looked clumsy and the legs appeared far shorter in real life. Maybe after extended use the cushion could compact and it might look a bit more like the pictures, however we decided to return the product.

      Love it so much! Delivered in 2 days. Very easy to build. Great quality. Colour is better than I had imagined. Easy clean with a toddler! Cushions have an extra protective cover.

    Can you remove the Ottoman cover?

    We have designed the Suffolk Ottoman with ease of care in mind. The cover is removable and can be cold washed at home. The cover has detailed care instructions. We recommend not to warm or hot wash as this can cause excess shrinkage.
