CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Cleaning

  • See inside covers for additional cleaning instructions.

Frame & Arms

  • Spot clean as required
  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently clean any stains.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

NOTE - Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the ottoman.
If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

  • Do not scrub with a sti brush.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault.
  • Fiber pills can be carefully removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available from most haberdashery stores.

      Love it so much! Delivered in 2 days. Very easy to build. Great quality. Colour is better than I had imagined. Easy clean with a toddler! Cushions have an extra protective cover.

    Can you remove the Ottoman cover?

    We have designed the Suffolk Ottoman with ease of care in mind. The cover is removable and can be cold washed at home. The cover has detailed care instructions. We recommend not to warm or hot wash as this can cause excess shrinkage.
