Care

Remove cover to wash.
Cold machine wash separately.
Spot clean as required.

Green Wattle & Sunset Rust Covers: Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault. Fiber pills can be carefully removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available from most
haberdashery stores.

Limestone & Sand Dune Covers: Due to the nature of the fabric, do not use a pilling machine otherwise this may cause damage.

Perfect!
The comfort is 10/10, so suportive but also able to just sink into the seats. The modular options for this sofa made it perfect to fit into a smaller room. Somehow it feels so big, but take up so little space!

Received the new couch in less than 24hours, and wow it’s comfy.
Have had some loose threads already however I’m hoping a de-pilling tool might help.

Very comfortable, loved it!!
Really happy with the purchase. Assembly was easy overall, although it took a bit of time to figure out the boxes as there are quite a few. The instructions are on point, and it can be installed without any tools, which is impressive.

Love the Koala sofa
Purchased two pieces: Bangalow lounge and extra corner piece. We built a corner lounge which worked well in a relatively small space. All the other corner lounges we looked at were HUGE. The build process was pretty good. The first piece took a bit longer but once we got the hang of it - we were able to get it done pretty easily. The Koala online video really helped us - although we are definitely not as proficient as the lady in the video. We were also impressed with how clean the product was. Well organized and lots of information provided. Glad we bought this sofa. We were a bit hesitant as we purchased online without visiting the store. Koala's return policy gave the confidence to risk it. Also we found the staff very helpful with providing information.

Bangalow benches other brands
Bangalow corner module is the MVP in the set. We transformed our 6 seater bangalow into the perfect L shape for our lounge. Great size for our tall and rowdy family. Hardy boucle that will weather the seasons of family life.
