Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Note: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

2. Returns are easy. In major metro areas we'll even pick up big items like mattresses, bed bases and sofas for free.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Love this ottoman, its the perfect size for our living space and light enough to move around easily. Very comfortable and the colour matches nicely with our sofa. Highly recommended.

      Mixed review - sofa bed was 4 weeks late past delivery date due to a missing box, order arrived with 2 of the same boxes instead of my missing one and with no communication from Koala every time. Everyone I spoke to on the phone from Koala was exceptionally helpful though, especially Tea! Shoutout to her, she is very helpful and kind, she's worth more money Koala!! Will not be purchasing from this company again however the sofa bed and ottoman is incredibly comfy.

      Perfect completion.

      I bought the og sofa bed originally and whilst it was comfortable, getting the ottoman kicked it up a level. Even the kitties are fighting over it now!

      Easy!

      The couch/bed and Ottoman arrived quickly and were so easy to put together! Five minutes - maybe six, but no more!

      And once built you notice straight away how comfortable it is. Both pulled out flat as the bed and as set up as a couch.

      I would definitely buy another Koala when the need next arises.

      Love this ottoman, the only problem I had when unpacking was trying to get the cushion out from inside the base of the ottoman. I had to get help as it was too tight for me.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.

    1. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    2. Soft plastic packaging - Unfortunately there are limited options to recycle soft plastics in your kerbside bins, but you can research recycling services in your area via recyclingnearyou.com.au or contact your local council. If you’d prefer we take your rubbish away and ensure it’s recycled properly, you can opt for our premium delivery service at checkout (if available in your area). This service also includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice on top of rubbish removal.

    What do you do with returned products?

    When a Koala product is returned it is cleaned and assessed. It is then either sent to the , donated to those in need through our charity partners, or recycled into carpet underlay.

    Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

    If you choose standard delivery, we can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you're not home. Make sure you tick the box during checkout to let us leave your package unattended.

    If you choose our Premium Delivery Service, someone needs to be home to let the delivery team in to assemble your furniture and remove your rubbish.
