How to care for your new Modern Sofa Ottoman

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Protect from direct and indirect sunlight
  • Do not remove covers for washing
  • Wipe down using a clean cloth weekly
  • Wash with a mild solution of warm, soapy water - do not saturate
  • Dry thoroughly using a towel
  • Do not dry clean.

Spot Cleaning

  • Treat spills and stains as soon as they occur
  • Gentle scrape away or map away any liquid from the surface of the fabric.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush
  • Apply proprietary cleaning agents strictly according to instructions
  • Test on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire products
  • Do not saturate the surface.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.

    1. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    2. Soft plastic packaging - Unfortunately there are limited options to recycle soft plastics in your kerbside bins, but you can research recycling services in your area via recyclingnearyou.com.au or contact your local council. If you’d prefer we take your rubbish away and ensure it’s recycled properly, you can opt for our premium delivery service at checkout (if available in your area). This service also includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice on top of rubbish removal.

    The best place to try the koala sofa is in the comfort of your own home! We offer a risk-free 120-night trial so if you buy the sofa and don’t love it, you can return it for a full refund. In Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we’ll even pay for return shipping, or pick up your return for free.

    Can you remove the entire ottoman cover or just the seat cushion cover?

    Covers cannot be removed. Please follow the care instructions in the upkeep of the ottoman and you will be able to maintain the new condition of your fabric sofa for many years to come.
