How to care for your Koala Plus Mattress

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent mix.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Having the best sleeps

      I am loving the Koala Plus mattress. I haven't tried the other side yet because I am enjoying the firm side. It is amazing. I'm sleeping so well. I chose this matress as it is for hit sleepers. I havent been as hot. Would highly recommend.

      Great quality & affordable

      We replaced our very old spring mattress with this Koala one and could not be happier & wish we did it sooner. The support is fantastic and very good quality for such an affordable price. The detail around the summer/winter topper is wonderful, you can feel the coolness on the summer side when you compare. Very happy with the fast delivery service allowing us to book a slot around our needs. I'd recommend to a friend.

    How do I change the seasonal topper?

    To change from the winter side to the summer side, unzip and flip the topper. Align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper.

    How do I change the firmness?

    To change the firmness, unzip the seasonal topper, and flip the comfort layer over to your preference. Check that the firmness label has your preferred comfort level facing upwards. Replace the seasonal topper, align the zipper ends and fully close the zipper on the topper.

    Can I wash the seasonal topper? Can I dry clean the seasonal topper?

    To help keep your seasonal topper looking its best, we recommend you follow the care instructions, and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Unfortunately washing or dry cleaning the topper will damage the Kloudcell® foam, and may void your warranty.
