      Shipping: can choose delivery date at checkout. Superfast delivery (3 days)

      Delivery: nice guy, brought the two boxes upstairs for me

      Unboxing: easy. I left it for 3 days to expand before using.

      Quality: good stitching, sturdy/strong materials, but still soft to touch

      Comfort: love it!

      Suits both our needs

      We checked out a number of different on line choices for a mattress and in fact had recommendations from family for 3 different brands. The choice seemed simple when we considered the ability to cater for each person with partner preference and also to wash the removable top.

      We love it. The mattress is the right combination of firm and comfortable especially as we are both dealing with some joint issues now. The first night I felt like I was supported and cuddled on the proverbial cloud. Thanks koala !!

      Great base, easy to set up, sturdy and comfortable

      Great experience from delivery, to set up and use. The set up was incredibly simple and eaay to follow, the frame is nice and sturdy and incredibly comfortable to use. Very happy with the look and materials as well. Very happy with my purchase
