How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Fabulous mattress

      I just love my new Koala luxe mattress. The way that the topper and the cashmere layer zip in to make a complete element is great. No more having to adjust the mattress topper every day as it is all incorporated.

      My husband prefers a firm mattress and I like plush but this mattress suits us both. Nice and firm for stability and with the plush top it is perfect. My sleep has improved since sleeping on this mattress.

      Best mattress!

      We absolutely love our new mattress! We ere a little nervous it would be too 'plush' but once we let it air out and slept on it we were in love instantly!! So comfy, the perfect amount of softness and firmness. Would highly recommend! The customer service was also excellent - nothing ever too much!
