How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Best mattress for the the good sleep

      I have bought koala mattress and I am enjoying my sleep. I would like to mention some of the thing which this matteres help me

      1. I have back pain but due to thanks to koala with the help of mattress I have recovered my back pain and I haven't have any stiffness in the back and when I wake up in the morning I don't have any pain in the body.

      2. I have been sleeping on the mattress for 1 month and I have improve my sleep quality and getting great recovery which I am tracking in my WHOOP device so I can see my sleep recovery has improved compared to before.

      3. Packaging of the mattress was good and easy to assemble and make so I would highly recommended if somebody looking for mattress

      And koala mattress is giving me every day great morning.

      Superior Comfort and Support

      Koala is a fantastic mattress can’t fault it, we bought one for home and for our caravan we love it so much

      We have the best night sleeps and our kids used wake in the night and we think it was from there previous mattress however on the koala mattress they are having much better sleeps
