We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Good on you Koala for supporting our athletes

      We became aware of Koala due to Cedric Dubler, Australian athlete and Olympian. Listening to a podcast, Cedric explained how Koala paid for his upgraded airline ticket while he was injured so he could get the injury treated. I was so impressed Koala did this I checked out who Koala was and a few weeks later purchased a mattress.

      We didn't know what to expect but the 120 night trial made the purchase decision a no brainer. If we didn't like it, we'd return it. However it turns out the mattress is super comfortable and probably the best we've ever had.

      We ordered it late on a Sunday night and received it early on the Tuesday. It turned up on time when they said it would. If there was a downside, it's the smell. After we opened the boxes and the mattress expanded, we needed to air the mattress for a few days.
