We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Buying this mattress was the best decision!

      My partner and I had a koala mattress for years and the quality never faltered and we were very happy with it, the only reason we changed was our old mattress was 8 years old though still in like new condition we thought it’s reasonable to put some money into a new one. We decided on the koala luxe mattress and it was the best decision ever!! They said it disperses heat which was a bonus we didn’t know we needed. I can honestly say this mattress is absolute quality and lives upto and exceeds all it’s advertised as. Our sleep has improved and no more getting hot or cold unevenly throughout the night. It’s soft but supportive and we are so happy with our purchase. Trusting in koala’s products has never let us down. On a side not! the customer service is amazing! We have been customers for years and they are always supportive and professional.

      Simply the best

      In the last month I have purchased two Koala Luxe Mattresses.

      I have been extreme to happy for several reasons. Mostly importantly, they are exceptionally comfortable and I am very impressed with the quality. Additionally. I found the ordering and delivery process to be faultless

      I will absolutely purchase from Koala again if I ever need another mattress.

      Easy, comfy, and good quality

      I’ve had this mattress for a week and my last mattress was a sleeping duck and I rated it, but as a side sleeper I thought that the koala might be more comfortable for achy shoulders.

      It was delivered in two boxes which I thought was wasteful, however, it enabled me open it and move the mattress by myself.

      It’s like sleeping on a comfy cloud and I don’t get overheated.

      Very pleased so far.
