How to care for your new Duvet Cover Set

Regular care (weekly)

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Wash other colours separately. Do not use softener, bleach or chlorine. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Use cool iron if necessary. Do not dry clean.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Super super soft - probably the softest sheets I have ever felt! Feels really high quality too, love how easy the zip is to do up :-) Unfortunately the colour wasn’t for me but will definitely be getting a set in white instead.

      Love my new bed linen ❤️️

      I liked my doona cover set so much that I ordered a sheet set in the same colour. Ordered on 23/10, it arrived on 27/10 - same great Koala service!

      I love that the bed linen is sustainably grown, and that it is so soft to sleep in, and look forward to having it for many years to come.

      Lovely feel!

      We purchased a mattress, sheets, duvet, duvet cover, pillow cases and sofa bed! This review is the the Duvet cover and 2 pillow cases. As with the sheets, the material was like silk when first touched! After the first wash I didn't have a colour change issue (which other reviews mentioned) but the silky softness seemed to decrease slightly and the amount of creases it holds onto despite being dried on a clothes line and then put straight onto the bed is a little annoying. If I was really anal I'd iron them and then it would look smick! I LOVE that the cover can be tied to the corners of the Duvet and this is even colour coded so no more trying to figure out which way the Duvet goes to fit the cover perfectly. And no risk of the duvet sliding around in the cover - fantastic idea! I also love the zipper instead of buttons - it feels sturdy and hides away beautifully. The pillow cases - they are too big. Other reviews have said the same. Unless Koala's pillows are extra wide and long.... ?Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to add these to our purchase as we had just bought $100 pillows and my husband had to be convinced to spending as much as we did! AND I am not at all happy with our expensive current pillows...So Koala - if you want to reward a customer for purchasing a big quantity and taking the time to fully review - I would LOVE to try your pillows :D Back to the cases. I think they should be made to fit standard pillows, and maybe offer this extra big size. Haven't had an…

    Do the sheets contain harmful chemicals?

    Our sheets are free from harmful chemicals and dyes and are tested to ensure they are safe.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.

    1. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.
    2. Soft plastic packaging - While these are recyclable, In Australia, soft plastic packaging can’t be recycled through most kerbside recycling services. You can recycle soft plastics through the REDcycle bins found at Coles and some Woolworths stores.
    3. Woven Polypropylene material / bags and Bubble wrap (large sheets cut into A3 size pieces) - The REDcycle program makes it easy for you to recycle your soft plastics - simply gather together all your scrunchables and drop them into a collection bin at participating supermarkets.
