Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Dust timber.

Cleaning

  • Remove any liquid and food spills immediately.
  • Spot clean only with a clean damp cloth and mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Direct sunlight may cause fabric to fade over time.

Caution This product should be checked periodically to ensure all components are secure.

      Easy to assemble and thoughtfully packed

      This is the first time we’ve purchased a Koala product and found are impressed with the quality, ease of assembly and the thoughtful packing of each part to prevent damage in transit. We are located in regional NSW and I was concerned about this however the bed arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and the bed is strong and stable. Very impressed for our first time. The only negative is the excessive postage/transit costs to regional NSW. It is steering me away from buying more larger items 😞.

    What is the weight limit for the Bed?

    The bed base is tested to highest standards. We do not specify weight limit to the bed but it has been tested to point load of 240kgs as per standard. This does not mean the bed can not take more weight than specified.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully, not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process. If you’re ever unsure, pay a visit to recyclingnearyou.com.au or contact your local council, or take a peek at our blog for some great ideas on how to reuse and recycle the packaging.
