How to care for your new Bedside Table

  • Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Do not place hot objects directly onto the surface of the plywood.

Cleaning

  • Treat spills as soon as possible, wipe down with clean dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cloths, concentrated detergents, or silicon based wood polishes.

1. Give our products a 120 day trial; if they don't suit you, we'll refund your purchase entirely.

2. Returns are easy. In major metro areas we'll even pick up big items like mattresses, bed bases and sofas for free.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

    Will I need to assemble my Bedside table

    No it comes fully assembled, just remove it from the box.

    The weight limit for the drawer is 7.5kgs evenly distributed.

    Is the koala bed side environmentally friendly?

    We only work with traceable timber sources to ensure that our timber is not coming from places subject to deforestation.

    Why is there so much packaging and how do I dispose of the packaging?

    In order for us to be able to send the bedside fully assembled all over the country, sometimes for 100s of kms at a time, we have to be sure it can withstand a few bumps and knocks along the way. We try to make sure all the packaging can be disposed or recyled easly enough. All the card board can be cut down and put into you local council bins.

    Care instructions

    Veneer is a natural wood product, when properly cared for, it will last long and keep looking beautiful.

    Normal Cleaning

    – Dust regularly with a soft slightly damp, lint-free cloth.

    – Dry with a soft cloth in the direction of the wood grain.

    – Spills should be immediately wiped up with a soft dry cloth.

    – If you have stubborn dirt, clean the surface with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water in the direction of the wood grain. Wipe Dry with a soft-lint free cloth.

    Avoid aerosol-powered cleaners or polishes, polishes containing waxes or abrasives, or polishes that are oil based. Avoid direct sunlight, as this will cause colour change. If the furniture is in direct sunlight, move items like vases around to avoid spotting.

    Our timber veneer and plywood is not designed for use outdoors.

    I have marks on the wood how can I get rid of it?

    Any spillages should be cleaned and dried as quickly as possible, some liquids can cause the veneer to stain or discolour eg: hand santisers with high levels of alcohol.If you have stubborn dirt, clean the surface with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water in the direction of the wood grain. Wipe Dry with a soft-lint free cloth.
