      Great addition!

      The ottoman is a great addition to the sofa! We chose this over the chaise so we could move it around! Love being able to put our feet up! Only suggestion is I’d love if it were on wheels to move it more easily, but we could probably easily do this ourselves!

      The Boucle material is fantastic for my 2 boys with autism.

      There was an issue with the delivery date and Koala went out of their way to rectify this and deliver the lounge and install it.

      So cosy and comfy!

      We bought an ottoman to go with our existing sofa and are very happy! It is cosy and comfortable and also stylish. We have had lots of compliments from family and friends and will definitely be ordering from Koala when we upgrade our other sofa!

    Are the Bangalow Modular covers machine washable?

    Yes, the covers are removable and can be easily machine washed. Please make sure to read the care label on the covers for Instructions. Do not wash in hot water. This feature makes maintenance and cleaning a breeze, ensuring that your Bangalow always looks fresh and vibrant.

    Note: parts and covers for the new version launched on 24 February 2025 are not compatible with Bangalow parts purchase prior to this date

    What are the materials of the Bangalow Modular covers?

    Our covers are made from high-quality, durable materials, and built to endure daily life. They are also made from recyclable materials.

    Sunset Rust & Green Wattle fabric is 70% Polyester, 30% Recycled Polyester.

    Limestone & Sand Dune fabric is 86% Recycled Polyester, 14% Polyester.

    How do I protect and clean my Bangalow Modular Sofa?

    General Care - Vacuum regularly using low suction.

    Cleaning - Remove any spills as soon as possible, blotting (not rubbing) with a clean cloth. If further cleaning is required use a clean cloth and mild detergent. Do not use an abrasive brush or detergent. Do not soak, and after cleaning remove excess liquid. Allow to dry in the shade away from direct heat and sunlight.

    Pre-test the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If there's a change in colour, or transfer give it a miss. Protect from direct sunlight; the Aussie sun is harsh. Keep your product away from direct heat sources such as fireplaces and heaters.
