      A great sofa bed and couch

      I spent much time reviewing all options for a sofa bed and lounge for my daughter’s tv room. I had concerns about purchasing an item without seeing and feeling it! But that wasn’t an issue once the spag bed arrived. They team installed it super quick and cleaned up the packaging. It was a big coat but has been worth it, great bed and very well made.

      Comfy couch, unfavourable customer experience

      I purchased this couch with a lot of excitement due to its appealing colour and the thoughtful features offered with the Wanda, such as its sofa bed functionality, comfortable cushioning, and design details like the inclusion of a mattress topper.

      Although the couch was delivered on time, an incorrect SKU was initially shipped, resulting in an additional two-week delay before I received a fully functioning product. I had considered the Wanda to be a top-tier option within the mid-range sofa market, so this experience was quite disappointing.

      For a couch at this price point, I expected a much smoother and more responsive customer experience. Instead, communication often felt impersonal, almost like interacting with an AI bot, and resolving a simple SKU replacement took far longer than anticipated.

      While I am ultimately pleased with the quality and comfort of the couch itself, the overall purchasing and support experience has discouraged me from considering other Koala products in the future.

    What is the weight capacity of the Wanda Sofa Bed?

    What side in the chase positioned on?

    The chaise piece is reversible, so it can go on either the left or the right! Check out the assembly instructions for how to assemble the Wanda Sofa Bed in the orientation that you want. If you change your mind, the tool-free assembly means you can easily disassemble and change things up!

    Is there any space for storage?

    Lift up the foot end of the chaise seat cushion to reveal a huge storage space. The Wanda Sofa Bed has the largest storage space available in the Koala range to date!
