We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

How do I protect and clean my Torquay Ottoman?

General Care - vacuum your sofa regularly with a low-suction setting.

Spot Cleaning - To tackle spills, blot the affected area immediately with a clean cloth. Do not rub.

If more cleaning is needed, use a clean cloth with a mild detergent solution. Avoid scrubbing with abrasive brushes, soaking the fabric, or using too much liquid. After cleaning, let the area dry completely in the shade, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Important Tips
- Always pre-test any cleaning method on a hidden part of the sofa to make sure there's no color change or transfer. If there is, don't proceed.
- To prevent fading and damage, protect your sofa from direct sunlight and keep it away from direct heat sources like hair dryers, heaters or fireplaces.
