      Great comfort!

      I ordered a Suffolk 3.5 seater sofa in Sandstone and I am very impressed with the ease of putting it together and the comfort when sitting. It is also larger than I anticipated based on the photos, which is a plus for me!

      I also had issues with the delivery that were rectified quickly and smoothly by the Koala support team. Very happy with my purchase!

      This sofa is perfect for our narrow living room since it takes up the least amount of space while giving maximum seating.       VALUE FOR MONEY and PRACTICALK FOR FAMILY USE

      We recently purchased the Koala Suffolk Sofa along with two sets of covers, and overall, we’re really pleased with the quality, design, and value. For the price, the sofa is impressively well-constructed — it feels solid, looks stylish, and offers great functionality, easily holding its own against more expensive brands.

      We selected the Sunset Rust cover, which has a soft pink undertone with a grey fleck, more muted and harmonious than we expected, and it fits beautifully into our space. We also ordered an additional cover in Moon Grey, which has a beige/grey fleck that makes it more practical and forgiving for everyday use. Both fabrics feel thick and high-quality. While we haven’t washed them yet, they hide small marks well, and changing the covers is surprisingly easy, a big plus for maintenance.

      That said, the sofa did feel a little stiff when it first arrived. Thankfully, it has become noticeably more comfortable over time with regular use. One minor point of feedback would be that the seat depth could benefit from being around 50–100mm deeper for added lounging comfort, especially for taller users.

      Despite that, we’re very happy with the purchase. The Koala Suffolk Sofa offers excellent value for money, with great aesthetics, durable materials, and practical flexibility. Would definitely recommend.

    Any other tips to keep my sofa looking fresh?

    We understand the life can be hectic, so we've created durable, hard-wearing fabric that can take whatever life throws at it. But like all of us, it does need some care and attention, like having a date night once a week.

    Once a week you should vacuum your sofa. This will help remove excess dirt, fibres or pet hair. By vacuuming, you'll reduce the risk of pilling - stopping those pesky fibres from getting the chance to mingle.

    If you have pets, a lint brush or roller will help to keep your fabric looking brand new. Sometimes hair can get trapped between the fabric threads and a lint brush will remove this straight away.

    Over time and with use, you may notice the fabric puddling on the seat cushion. Simply, use your hand in a brush like motion to remove them.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    We have designed the Suffolk Sofa with ease of care in mind. All the covers are removable and can be cold washed at home. Each cover has detailed care instructions. We recommend not to warm or hot wash as this can cause excess shrinkage

    How long do I have to wait before I use the seat cushion?

    No need to wait! The cushions come decompressed, allowing you to use your sofa immediately after setting it up.

    How do I protect and clean my sofa?

    General Care - Vacuum regularly using low suction.

    Cleaning - Remove any spills as soon as possible, blotting (not rubbing) with a clean cloth. If further cleaning is required use a clean cloth and mild detergent. Do not use an abrasive brush or detergent. Do not soak, and after cleaning remove excess liquid. Allow to dry in the shade away from direct heat and sunlight.

    Pre-test the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If there's a change in colour, or transfer give it a miss. Protect from direct sunlight; the Aussie sun is harsh. Keep your product away from direct heat sources such as fireplaces and heaters

    Is the chaise on the left or right side?

    No need to choose! Our Suffolk is flexible so you can have it on either side!
