      Absolutley love these armchairs! I was initially reluctant to purchase armchairs I hadn’t seen in person let alone tried out, but these armchairs have been the best buy, so much so that we purchased a 2.5 seater sofa atraight after we assembled them! They are comfortable, easy to assemble and look fantastic! The corduroy fabric is luxurious and feels high end. They are sturdy and offer plenty of seating space whilst not taking up excessive room. The green colour is gorgeous, ties in beautifully with the sage green theme, and with fully remivable covers, these chairs are ideal for a house with children and pets. I am highly recommending these chairs and sofa to everyone! Well done Koala, love your work 👏🏼.

      Perfect occasional chair

      Perfect size as an additional chair to our sofa, and the warm colour looks great. Also very comfortable. One of the parts broke during assembly and Koala sent us a replacement quickly.

    Any other tips to keep my Suffolk Armchair looking fresh?

    We understand the life can be hectic, so we've created durable, hard-wearing fabric that can take whatever life throws at it. But like all of us, it does need some care and attention, like having a date night once a week.

    Once a week you should vacuum your sofa. This will help remove excess dirt, fibres or pet hair. By vacuuming, you'll reduce the risk of pilling - stopping those pesky fibres from getting the chance to mingle.

    If you have pets, a lint brush or roller will help to keep your fabric looking brand new. Sometimes hair can get trapped between the fabric threads and a lint brush will remove this straight away.

    Over time and with use, you may notice the fabric puddling on the seat cushion. Simply, use your hand in a brush like motion to remove them.

    Can you remove all of the Suffolk Armchair's covers or just the cushion covers?

    We have designed the Suffolk Armchair with ease of care in mind. All the covers are removable and can be cold washed at home. Each cover has detailed care instructions. We recommend not to warm or hot wash as this can cause excess shrinkage

    How long do I have to wait before I use the seat cushion?

    No need to wait! The cushions come decompressed, allowing you to use your sofa immediately after setting it up.

    How do I protect and clean my Suffolk Armchair?

    General Care - Vacuum regularly using low suction.

    Cleaning - Remove any spills as soon as possible, blotting (not rubbing) with a clean cloth. If further cleaning is required use a clean cloth and mild detergent. Do not use an abrasive brush or detergent. Do not soak, and after cleaning remove excess liquid. Allow to dry in the shade away from direct heat and sunlight.

    Pre-test the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If there's a change in colour, or transfer give it a miss. Protect from direct sunlight; the Aussie sun is harsh. Keep your product away from direct heat sources such as fireplaces and heaters
