How to care for your new Sofa Bed

Protect & care

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Spot cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

NOTE: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change
in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should
    not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available
    from most haberdashery stores.

2. Returns are easy. In major metro areas we'll even pick up big items like mattresses, bed bases and sofas for free.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal at an additional cost.

      A bed, a couch and a statement piece!

      In a limited space, we needed a sofa bed that didn’t look like an eyesore and was actually comfortable for guests. After much research, we purchased the 1.5 seater- it fits King Single sheets perfectly. Had our first guest stay on it and said it was very comfortable and much better than our previous air mattress! Would highly recommend this. We will slowly be swapping out our mattresses etc for Koala products. Quick shipping and easy time slot, great ordering process. Thankyou, Koala!

    Even though there are zippers on some covers of this fold out couch we don’t recommend removing them to wash.
