    FAQs about the Snoozytime Pillow

    What is the inner cover used for? Can this be removed?

    The inner cover is used as an additional hygiene layer to help keep the inner pillow core clean. This is non removable. You can choose to remove the cover if you wish, however this cannot be re-attached.

    What is memory foam?

    Memory foam is both energy absorbent and heat sensitive. One of the great benefits of memory foam is its ability to use your heat and body pressure to form to your exact shape.

    Once your body heat penetrates the pillow, it will slowly soften and mould to your neck and head, accepting your body’s pressure points. Effectively, this allows you to nestle into your pillow, rather than simply lying on top of it.

    What does it mean when you say the the foam is CertiPUR-US® certified?

    The foam in your Snoozytime Pillow is CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning that it is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead or other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.     How long will the pillow last?

    Our pillows are made to last, however you do need to ensure you also look after your pillow as per our recommendations and care label instructions. We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our pillows.

    How long will it take to adjust to my new Koala pillow?

    Like anything new, especially if you are going from a pillow made from a different material, it may take you a few weeks to adjust to the feel and support of the Koala Pillow. We recommend giving it time to allow your body to get used to it.

    Can temperature affect the firmness of the pillow?

    Memory foam is temperature sensitive. Heat from your body softens the material and causes it to yield to weight. If exposed to unusually warm temperatures, the pillow will become more flexible. By the same token, if exposed to cooler temperatures, the foam can become a little inflexible.
