Inspired by earthy textures and rock faces, these rugs pay homage to the Aussie Outback. Hand knotted and made from natural and renewable fibres, this large jute rug is a powerhouse. Family-friendly, pet-friendly and biodegradable, this rug goes the distance.

How to care for your new Outback Rug

Always use a rug protector, to be placed under the entire rug (trimmed to size) to protect your floor and rug.

Regular care

Regular airing and vacuuming the rug is recommended vacuum rug regularly at least once or twice a week depending on foot traffic, to avoid dirt getting deep into the fibres

Do not wet or wash or steam clean.
Do not use harsh chemicals/bleach as they may damage or fade the rug colour.
Keep away from fire and direct heat sources.
Must be completely dry before storing away to prevent mould/mildew.
Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.

Rotate the rug regularly

Regular airing and vacuuming the rug is recommended
vacuum rug regularly at least once or twice a week, depending on foot traffic, to avoid dirt getting deep into the fibres.

Spot clean stains

Attend to the stains immediately. Do not rub or use paper towels to absorb. Scrap off any solids with a knife or spoon carefully.

Slight variations in size, appearance and colour may occur as the rug is handwoven and made from natural un-dyed yarn.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.
