Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.

Cleaning (Luxe)

  • Shampoo clean using upholstery shampoo.
  • Do not place covers inside washing machine.
  • Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

Caution: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should
    not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available
    from most haberdashery stores.

      Great Couch - Easy to put together

      Love my modern 5.5 seat corner couch. It's very easy to put together, and pull part for moving purposes. Comfortable lying down on or sitting at and fits plenty of people on it. I particularly like the deep corner that you can lie down in.

      Modern sofa with Chaise

      Love this sofa so much. So comfy and the higher back is so good to sit for those weekends you want to binge a new Netflix Season! The pug has found her spot and is now the official chaise warmer.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.


    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) -Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    The fabric on my sofa looks like it is loose. Can it be fixed?

    If you are finding the cover looks a little loose it can be repositioned as it is held with velcro underneath the sofa.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    Covers should not be removed for cleaning. Please follow the care instructions in the upkeep of the sofa and you will be able to maintain the new condition of your fabric sofa for many years to come. If you have any questions about the upkeep of your piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
