Protect & Care

How to care for your new Modern Sofa

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.

Cleaning (Luxe)

  • Shampoo clean using upholstery shampoo.
  • Do not place covers inside washing machine.
  • Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

Caution: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should
    not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available
    from most haberdashery stores.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Absolutely over the moon with

      Absolutely over the moon with new couch, we love it!

      Was so easy from order, to delivery - so quick (to Perth) and I couldn’t wait to put together straight away, was very easy!!

      Loved the little surprise turtles also, so cute!

      Really good looking sofa and eas super easy to assemble. Suits our decor and 2 adults can sleep on either side watching Tele.

      Modern Woodlands - perfect..!

      The modern sofa is better than we thought it was going to be.

      We were limited by choice - the other two we considered weren't available for almost 9 weeks...!!!

      That said, the more expensive, higher grade luxe fabric was available - and delivered same day..!

      That was great - and we are very happy with it.

      Its extremely comfortable and fits our room space incredibly well.

      4.5 modular arvo storm.

      Absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone that’s not sure it’s a beautiful couch soft and comfortable easy to put together. I’m very happy with it very good value for money. Colour is lovely.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.


    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) -Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    The fabric on my sofa looks like it is loose. Can it be fixed?

    If you are finding the cover looks a little loose it can be repositioned as it is held with velcro underneath the sofa.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    Covers should not be removed for cleaning. Please follow the care instructions in the upkeep of the sofa and you will be able to maintain the new condition of your fabric sofa for many years to come. If you have any questions about the upkeep of your piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
