      Exactly what we wanted!

      Such a beautiful and timeless couch. Fits perfectly in our lounge room (right next to the Koala single seat sofa bed). Although two of the screws we found were installed in the wrong slots, we were able to readjust easily so no biggie. Otherwise, easy to put together. Nice and comfy

      The only problem with the 2 products I bought is the smell.

      The foam used, the glue used to manufacture it is very strong and after 6 weeks still lingers.

      That is a problem Koala needs to solve.

      The instructions say " allow 24 hours to air" implying Koala knows of the foams.... odour and longevity.

      In saying that, the ease of order, assembly and aesthetics are very very good.

      Pity my apartment smells like a glue factory really.

      Not great quality

      I was deciding between this and an IKEA sofa, and went with this because it seemed a bit nicer. In reality the quality’s let me down a bit. For example the brand new sofa sags a lot on both edges - people end up sinking into the armrest. The cover as well is already looking a bit old and dishevelled after about a month.

      Koala Lounging Sofa Winter Sky

      I purchased the 2 and 3 seater Lounging Sofa in Winter Sky. I'm extremely happy with the quality, comfort and look of the sofa. It was easy to assemble until I discovered that the arms wouldn't attach to the back as the attachments were the wrong way round. It was quite frustrating to sort out the problem and the use of bots to reply to my emails meant that I had to repeat myself several times to get a resolution. The staff were very helpful in the end and I was sent new arms but had to dispose of the old ones myself. So great sofa but the after care service was a little patchy

      Comfortable but could be better

      - Easy to put together

      - Comfortable to lay on.

      - Dips at the edges when three people are seated

      - Material isn’t that nice, feels like it would get wrecked easily.

      - Colour is far more grey than it looks in the photos. Not necessarily a negative though.

    I purchased a Lounging Sofa a while ago, will the removable covers work with it?

    The removable covers are not designed to fit Lounging Sofas purchased before 29th May 2023.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    We have designed the Lounging Sofa with ease of care in mind. All the covers are removable and can be cold washed at home. Each cover has detailed care instructions. We recommend not to warm or hot wash as this can cause excess shrinkage

    Any other tips to keep my sofa looking fresh?

    We understand the lives of our customers are very hectic, therefore we have created a durable, hard-wearing fabric that will live with you. But just like you, it likes to feel looked after, like having a date night once a week.

    Once a week you should make sure you vacuum your sofa. This will help remove excess dirt, fibres or pet hair. By vacuuming, you'll reduce the risk of pilling - stopping those pesky fibres from getting the chance to mingle.

    If you have pets, a lint brush or roller will help to keep your sofa cover fabric looking brand new. Sometimes hair can get trapped between the fabric threads and a lint brush will remove this straight away.

    Over time and with use, you may notice the fabric puddling on the seat cushion. Simply, use your hand in a brush like motion to remove them.

    How long do I have to wait before I use the seat cushion?

    Although you can use the product almost straight away, we recommend that you give the seat a few hours to decompress before use. It can take a few days for the product to fully expand to the proper size and recover to its correct comfort level.

    My sofa feels pretty firm - is that normal?

    With any new sofa, the seat foam will soften with regular use. Similarly, if you curl up or sit on one part of the seat cushion more often, it will will soften more than areas less used.

    As the foam softens and the sofa is used, it may also create very slight folds on the covering which is a completely normal characteristic of the product. Continued use in the same position will cause the cushion to soften which is normal and not considered a fault
