We are so happy with our purchase! Great quality, very comfy, with excellent customer service. Easy to transform into a sofa bed, perfect for sleepovers or short-stay guests. We are already planning to purchase a second Koala sofa bed!

Insanely comfortable and good looking sofa bed! Easy to put together with no tools needed. So cool that they sell alternative covers, so you can switch colours and looks, but a bit on the pricey side. Maybe they'll have a sale on those one day... very happy with my purchase!

The Sofa Bed is great. Very comfortable.
The after sales service has been fantastic.
We originally ordered the wrong colour and Koala sent us a new set of covers to ensure we were happy with our purchase, may I say not once but twice due to a mistake by me.
Cannot recommend them high enough.

Bought a 2nd Sofa Bed from Koala after 2-3 years of owning my first one. The first one is doing well and hence decided to get a 2nd one. Longer construction for this bed, but the new cushioning is worth it. Would recommend if space is an issue.
