      Best value for money

      Previously bought one of the older Koala mattresses that is still at my room back home. Bought another Koala when moving interstate because of how happy I was and the new basic Koala mattress has definitely improved and still provides the best sleeps I have had

      Made moving very veasy

      Really a pleasantly easy mattress to transport and set up, even possible to set up by one person due it being so lightweight. I first began using it with my usual pillow but had a few restless nights, so i borrowed a friends koala pillow and found it was that much bettter so I will be needing the pillows to match now :)

      The service given was very good my order was made over the New Year period which meant that unfortunately the finance team were on leave. In spite of this I was kept informed on the status of my order by email and informed when I would be contacted by the finance team. When they were back in the office everything was sorted quickly.

      The mattress arrived on the day we’d expected with no issues.

      The mattress exceeds our expectations it is so luxurious and supportive. We love it thank you Koala.
