      The firm side is perfect (for us) and so comfy. I was glad to see koala had addressed the grip issues that occurred with their gen 1 mattresses. We miss our matress when we travel.

      I love it!

      The ease of ordering and delivery was perfect.

      Delivered to my door and so easy to unpack and put together! I was surprised by the little Koala packed into the box (nice touch).

      The mattress is perfect me, I am sleeping better and my hips don’t hurt anymore.
