      Easy to assemble and thoughtfully packed

      This is the first time we’ve purchased a Koala product and found are impressed with the quality, ease of assembly and the thoughtful packing of each part to prevent damage in transit. We are located in regional NSW and I was concerned about this however the bed arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and the bed is strong and stable. Very impressed for our first time. The only negative is the excessive postage/transit costs to regional NSW. It is steering me away from buying more larger items 😞.

      I bought the mattress and base for my mum. It was so easy!! From the website to the delivery to opening the mattress and base.

      Comes together in less than half an hour.
