How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      The Koala Mattress Luxe is offers a well-balanced sleep surface that leans on the firmer side, which I personally appreciate. This firmness provides great support, particularly for someone like me who prefers a mattress that keeps me well-aligned without sinking too deeply. After switching to this mattress, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my sleep quality—my lower back pain, which had been a persistent issue, almost disappeared.

      That said, the mattress could benefit from better edge support. While the overall structure is solid, the sides feel less reinforced than the rest of the mattress, which can be noticeable when sitting or lying close to the edge. For a premium product like the Luxe, this is a minor area for improvement.

      Overall, the Koala Mattress Luxe is a fantastic choice for those who value firmness and support. It strikes a great balance between comfort and support, making it well-suited for a variety of sleepers. With a bit of work on the edge reinforcement, it could easily reach perfection.

      Best mattress we've slept on- the luxe mattress is like a super supportive cloud. Hip pain is significantly reduced as well, what a bonus!

      Amazing choice!

      It is the best blind purchase I ever did. I initially got the Plus mattress, it was very good too but was a bit hard on my neck for some reason! I did the 120 day trial and the staff are really reliable and friendly! I bought the Luxe afterwards and oh boy oh boy, will never go back!! ♥️ YOU’LL NOT REGRET THIS. Best with not so hard and high pillow for me
