How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      super comfy mattress

      we recently upgraded to a Koala mattress and couldn’t be happier

      it’s so comfortable and we have slept so well since getting our new mattress a couple of weeks ago

      other buyers have commented on a smell with the new mattress, however we found that to be minimal and disappeared in a day or two

      delivery was made on time and without issue, even though we live in an apartment with no lift access on the 2nd floor

      Best Mattress EVER!

      I initially purchased the Koala Plus and used it for 45 days. While it was a great mattress, I decided to take advantage of the 120-day returns policy to find something that suited my preferences better. The returns process was incredibly straightforward—I received my refund within just three days!

      I then upgraded to the Koala Luxe, as I wanted a mattress with a bit more softness. It’s exactly what I was looking for! The Luxe is softer yet still offers excellent support and firmness, with an added layer of plush cushioning on top. I couldn’t be happier with my decision—it’s truly the perfect mattress for me!
