      Easy to assemble, Superb customer service

      We bought a King Kirribilli bed from Koala and were impressed by the super quick delivery. We noticed a very minor issue with one of the parts and contacted customer service, expecting just that part to be replaced. Instead, the team arranged a full replacement with no hassle at all. Everything was handled so professionally, and we’re extremely satisfied with both the product and the outstanding service we received.
