Aussie Moss, Sand Bank, Ocean Salt: Water resistant fabric treatments may reduce in effectiveness with repeated washing. Due to the nature of the fabric, do not use a pilling machine otherwise this may cause damage.

    Our sofa bed is designed to be sturdy and reliable. It has been rigorously tested to support static weight up to 130 kilograms per seat without any issues.Whether you're lounging or sleeping, you can trust it to provide comfort and safety.

    Are the Byron Sofa Bed covers removable?

    We have designed the Byron Sofa Bed with ease of care in mind. All the covers are removable. Each cover has detailed care instructions. Please follow and read instructions that are located on your covers. Please note, all Byron Sofa Beds purchased before 24th February 2025 do not have removable covers please reach out to our helpful customer support team if you require more information on this!

    Can I buy replacement covers for my Byron Sofa Bed?

    For models purchased after 24th February 2025, you can purchase replacement cover sets. If you purchased your Byron Sofa Bed before 24th February 2025, unfortunately this version was not made with removable covers and new cover sets will not be compatible with your sofa bed.If you're unsure which version you have, please reach out to our friendly customer service team!

    How do I recycle the packaging for the Byron Sofa Bed and Ottoman?

    Thoughtfully disposing of packaging is not only better for the environment but also allows materials to be reused for new products.

    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard)

    Flatten your cardboard boxes or tear them up before placing them in your recycling bin to save space. You don't need to remove any tape or labels from the boxes, as they will be removed during the recycling process.

    Can I use my Byron Sofa Bed as a permanent mattress for every night?

    Our Byron Sofa Bed is designed with layered seat cushion construction to provide the best seating and sleeping comfort. However, we do not recommend it as your primary mattress for nightly use.

    Will my Byron Sofa Bed seating/sleeping comfort change over time?

    It's normal for the seating and foam of your new sofa to soften during the first few months of regular use. This is not a fault, but rather a natural part of the breaking-in process, similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes.

    If you have a favourite spot where you sit or curl up often, that area might soften more than others, becoming your personalised cozy corner.

    As the foam settles and your sofa gets used to regular lounging and sitting, it's also normal for the fabric to develop some creases or wrinkles. This is part of the sofa's natural evolution and can be easily managed to keep it looking its best.

    I have just opened my Byron Sofa Bed seat cushion and it is out of shape/thin/wrinkled.

    Our seat cushions are designed for ease of transport and packaging. When your seat cushion arrives, it will be compressed for convenience.

    You can sleep on it right away if you need to, but for the best experience, we recommend allowing it to expand and settle for at least 72 hours. This gives the seat cushion time to fully recover and reach its optimal shape. After this period, you'll enjoy the most comfortable sleep!

    How do I clean the mattress topper? Is it machine washable?

    Before washing, unzip and remove the zip-off topper; machine wash in cold water only, spot clean with a mix of warm water and mild detergent as needed, line dry in the shade, and avoid bleach, soaking, rubbing, wringing, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning. After washing, gently reshape the cover and allow it to dry thoroughly before reuse. For more information always follow the care instructions located on your sofa bed
