It has been great making the change to Koala mattress and pillow. It has helped significantly with my lower back and Neck pain. I look forward to sleeping on my koala bed every night.

This is my first time to buy a mattress from Koala. I was a bit skeptical to buy it without seeing it first physically. But my whole experience was superb. Delivery package was firm and compact with clear instructions to flatten it. I bought it for my 16 years old son who loved it very much. Its flip-to-firm feature is very handy to have both taste (firm or medium). I am fully satisfied and delighted to but from Koala. It would always be my next shop for a mattress purchase. Thanks Koala team!

I really like it and how easy the setup is. Also the ability to flip the mattress top to adjust firmness is very smart. You also can’t feel your partner moving at all which is great
