How to care for your new Koala Luxe Mattress

Regular care (weekly)

  • Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent.
  • To dry, lay flat away from direct sunlight.
  • Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use. Vacuum mattress regularly using low suction.
  • Rotate mattress regularly.
  • Do not soak filling.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

The foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals and flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP), and promote indoor air quality through low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Learn more.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Best Matress I've had.

      I learnt the hardway and tried a slightly cheaper brand, which i was struggling to sleep on. luckly they had a full refund policy, which allowed me to go Koala.

      Save your time elsewhere and go with koala, a great experience throguhout the sale, unwrapping the mattress and most of all sleeping!!

      What a change! We can finally sleep

      I can’t believe a mattress at such a Reasonable price had completely changed the way my wife and I get a good nights sleep! Cannot recommend this mattress enough. Worth the little extra from the standard having had different ones before- best mattress I’ve ever slept on!

      Sleeping on a Cloud! ☁️

      Couldn’t be happier with our new mattress purchase - truly like sleeping on a cloud! As someone who usually has some trouble getting to sleep, this mattress has been the cure, now easily falling asleep within minutes of hitting the bed and no more back pain upon waking. We purchased during a sale, saving around $800 (!!) but worth every penny either way - truly a life improving product!

      It really is like sleeping on a cloud

      Don't think just buy it;

      I prefer a softer bed (side sleeper) and my husband prefers firmer (back sleeper)

      This bed is a perfect fit for both of us. The mattress hugs your body in such a way that neither of us wake up with pain. We had tried the Plus and weren't overly happy with it as it was a tad too firm for us (the return process was super easy)

      So glad we upgraded to the Luxe!
