How to care for your new Wanda Sofa Bed

Regular care (weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Spot cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a watermark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Note: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa.
If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault.
  • Fiber pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available from most
    haberdashery stores.

      Wow just wow!

      I don't often feel compelled to write reviews on products I buy but wow, I just took delivery of a Wanda Safa Bed, in the light gray material. I had read reviews online saying how comfortable and well built these Koala sofa beds are, and I have seen the write ups saying Koala have won engineering awards, and now I know why. I have rough a lot of furniture and over the last 15 years I think the quality has gone down generally, nothing is eve perfect and you kind of end up accepting that. So I was surprised by just how obviously well made and high quality this sofa bed it. Its the attention to detail that you notice, like the feet already having felt sliders, the fact that the feet come with a thread protector on the bolt shaft, the fact the female screw points on the base are all perfectly straight, the way the modular units just slide together so effortlessly, and you just have to touch the fabric and you can feel the quality, and attention to detail. As an example of attention to detail, inside the chase you not only get a high quality dense foam topper, but you also get these two memory foam triangular strips which go into the grooves between the cushions so it feels completely flat when you set it us as a bed. Last but not least, how easy did it go together, honestly after I unpacked it (it was impressively well packed), and I looked at the instructions and positions all the pieces where we wanted the (left chaise vs right), it was together in five minutes to word of a…

    What is the weight capacity of the Wanda Sofa Bed?

    Each seat of the Wanda can hold a static load of 120kg. The Wanda Sofa Bed has been tested for home use and has met the durability and safety requirements as set out in EN 12520.

    What side in the chase positioned on?

    The chaise piece is reversible, so it can go on either the left or the right! Check out the assembly instructions for how to assemble the Wanda Sofa Bed in the orientation that you want. If you change your mind, the tool-free assembly means you can easily disassemble and change things up!

    Is there any space for storage?

    Lift up the foot end of the chaise seat cushion to reveal a huge storage space. The Wanda Sofa Bed has the largest storage space available in the Koala range to date!

    Does my sofa come with a comfort kit?

    Yes, the Wanda Sofa Bed comes with a custom comfort kit which includes a plush topper and wedges to fill in the gaps between each section of the sofa bed so that you have a smooth surface to sleep on.
