Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.

Cleaning (Luxe)

  • Shampoo clean using upholstery shampoo.
  • Do not place covers inside washing machine.
  • Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

Caution: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should
    not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available
    from most haberdashery stores.

      Best sofa ever!!!

      With out a doubt this is one of the most comfortable and stylish sofas I’ve ever had the pleasure of sitting on! Not only is it super comfortable but it’s also extremely easy to put together and actually quite light to lift as well. Great purchase and for the comfort and style I feel it is also a rather reasonable price point considering other sofas which are priced much higher and not as comfy or for difference in price can not justify paying the amount other brands are asking for

      So cosy and easy to assemble

      I love my new sofa. Will be great for my family. - covers are washable, comfy to snuggle into and my little boy is already bouncing around on it. Essential to buy the ottoman with it if you dont go with the chaise or corner, and I would recommend going with the luxe edition material - worth it. It was easy enough to assemble on my own too.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.


    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) -Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    The fabric on my sofa looks like it is loose. Can it be fixed?

    If you are finding the cover looks a little loose it can be repositioned as it is held with velcro underneath the sofa.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    Covers should not be removed for cleaning. Please follow the care instructions in the upkeep of the sofa and you will be able to maintain the new condition of your fabric sofa for many years to come. If you have any questions about the upkeep of your piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
