Care

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.

Spot Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soiling.
  • Do not scrub with a steel brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over-wetting, as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Note: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If color changes or transfers, do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery-operated pilling tool, available from most haberdashery stores.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      - This sofabed is very comfortable. The material is soft and the bed is easy to pull out. The cushions are a bit limp but it's not a big deal. The sofa itself is quite firm. I'm very happy with this purchase.

      BEST FEEL - A+

      I purchased a 3rd Gen Koala Sofa Bed for my loungeroom. I was surprised the four cushions had washable covers. The feel of the material has a quality feel and is soft. The cushions are soft but firm enough and maintain their shape, however you handle them.

      It was simple to put together and comfortably fits three adults.

      It wastes no space. It came in four separate boxes. The delivery was within 4 days after paying. The green fig is the darkest colour this style offered and it would suit any room.

      I am so happy with this sofa. The bed is firm and comfortable and easy to make. A fitted sheet fits perfectly on all corners. I recommend 100%. THANKYOU

      Excellent quality, very comfortable and easy to assemble

      This Sofa Bed has taken prime place in the lounge room after being purchased only for a spare room. Very comfortable in both Sofa and Bed configurations. The pillows are the perfect size to pop a pillowcase over and I bought the ottoman as well which easily stores the bedding. Guests used it for almost a month and were very impressed. Highly recommended.

    Are the covers removable?

    Even though there are zippers on some covers we don’t recommend removing them to wash.

    What size does the sofa bed fold out to?

    Our sofa bed folds out to a full size single, double and queen mattress, so you or your guests can relax like royalty!

    Do I need tools to assemble my sofa bed?

    No, just like all Koala products, assembly is tool free

    What is the recommended weight capacity?

    We undertake rigorous testing up to a recommended weight limit of 120kg per seat, to make sure our products can handle what life throws at it from almost anyone.

    Can I steam clean my sofa and/or can I get it professionally cleaned?

    We do not recommend that you steam clean your sofa yourself, leave that to the professionals! To make your sofa look like it's brand spanking new again get in touch with a professional upholstery cleaning service. They know the ins and outs and will use the most appropriate method based on the fabric type, its general condition and any specific stains that need to be removed.
