    No stress. Simply login to your Koala account, find your order & submit your return via our automated form.

  • Arrange pick-up or drop it off

    Live in a metro area? We’ll pick up big items like mattresses, bed bases and sofas for free.

    Live regionally? You’ll still get the 120 day trial, but return shipping isn’t covered. You’ll need to drop your item off at one of our Koala Fulfilment Centres

    Returning smaller items? For things like pillows, sheets and homewares, we’ll send you a free return label so you can pop them in the post

  • Full refund of the purchase price

    Get a full product refund (delivery fees excluded) within 5-7 business days of us receiving it.

Where do 120 day trial returns end up?

While you're free to buy something more to your taste or keep the cash after completing your 120 day trial return, you can do so safe in the knowledge that your returned product is in good hands.

We do everything we can to stop returns ending up in landfill.

All returns are cleaned and assessed before being donated to worthy charities, re-homed via Koala Second Home or recycled.
