Regular care (weekly)

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Note: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

3. For returns, simply disassemble furniture, fold mattresses, and keep original packaging for mattresses and upholstered items.

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      Happy purchaser

      Weve had this sofa bed for a week now. We are very pleased with its appearance an quality. It is very comfortable as a couch, the kids love it. We just havent had anyone sleep on it yet, so cant comment on that yet. Its always nice to have an order work out as hoped when purchasing online. Well be using Koala again :)

      First Sofa Bed, No Regrets

      My first ever sofa bed and Im loving it! No creaking, and a great mattress -- so happy that a company thats good at mattresses made a sofa bed. Everyone seems to melt on it and dont want to get up. Replacing this single sofa bed with my old double bed has changed the whole atmosphere of my bedroom and has made it spacious. The Ottoman is a plus! Restful for legs but also a nice chair at times.

      Theres also no bad odour -- Im guessing its because eco friendly materials are being used with conscious mindset for the planet. Its the best big purchase I ever made for myself :)

      Koala sofa bed and footrest.

      Love the colour and easy care fabric, was quite easy to put it all together, the hardest part was cutting up the cardboard boxes for bin night !

      Looks good in the spare room. Very pleased with my purchase.

      Pleased I got the footrest with it so comfy.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.

    1. Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) - Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    2. Soft plastic packaging - Unfortunately there are limited options to recycle soft plastics in your kerbside bins, but you can research recycling services in your area via recyclingnearyou.com.au or contact your local council. If you’d prefer we take your rubbish away and ensure it’s recycled properly, you can opt for our premium delivery service at checkout (if available in your area). This service also includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice on top of rubbish removal.

    What do you do with returned products?

    When a Koala product is returned it is cleaned and assessed. It is then either sent to the , donated to those in need through our charity partners, or recycled into carpet underlay.

    Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

    If you choose standard delivery, we can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you're not home. Make sure you tick the box during checkout to let us leave your package unattended.

    If you choose our Premium Delivery Service, someone needs to be home to let the delivery team in to assemble your furniture and remove your rubbish.
